FIVE YEARS into my banking with BofA I found out I have an "AccessID."

...and PIN that goes along with it. Just had it re-set. Ugh.
And before you ask, it's for Bank by PHONE. Who the hell uses THAT anymore??
I always do the web, and chat, and now the texting. Why would I wanna play 20 questions and remember acct. numbers for the $5.00 I have in the bank? Pffft...!  :p
But BofA REALLY makes the point of getting you to 'fess up your login and acct. info before they let you anywhere NEAR the "Hit 0 for an Operator" option.
